Hello there, I’m Nicole!

I was born in California to two lovely Irish parents, and I’ve lived in London for over a decade. I recently completed my second master’s degree in investigative journalism in central London.

Since I can remember, my trips abroad have been based on where to eat, drink and explore…in that exact order! The research involved in this was only ever a personal hobby, but now I want to share what I have found, as well as put my journalistic skills to use, so I decided to start this website dedicated to all the things I love.

Expect to find reviews, recommendations, recipes, collabs, and really fun podcasts and maybe even the odd video.
